Q. I am so bummed! That shirt I wanted is sold out! When will you get more?

A. All of our gear is limited edition and printed in small batches, so we are sorry to say that exact style won't be back. (:::tears:::). But... we would love to hear from you about what you want to see from Choose Strength! Please send an email to support@ichoosestrength.com to share your thoughts with us. We love it when you do! 

Q. How do I make a return or exchange?

A. We want you to love your Choose Strength gear and how you feel in it! If your ordered a size that doesn't fit perfectly, we'll make it right! Please see our Returns and Exchanges page for more information. 

Q. How do I view my order status?

A. An email is automatically sent when your order is received and another when we ship your gear out to you.

Q. How can I track an order I have placed? I'm so excited to get my gear!

A. We know! We are so excited to get Choose Strength gear in your hands! Right now we are unable to provide tracking information.  

Q. I made a mistake! Can I cancel my order?

A. Once your strong hands hit that order button our strong hands go to work as we want to get your new threads into your hands as quickly as possible. This means that unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders. We are happy to help with a return or exchange for your order. 

Q. I am soooo excited and can't wait to get my gear! When can I expect to see that amazing package at my doorstep?

A. We are soooo excited for you and work hard to get your order out quickly. We can get our gear to most places in 5 business days, depending on where you are in the US. We don't ship on weekends or Holidays.

Q. How much is shipping?

A. We offer $5 flat rate shipping on all orders!

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Right now we do not.

Q. Does Choose Strength Have a Physical Location

A. Yes! Our store is located in Tuff Girl at 60 Connolly Parkway, #6A, Hamden, CT. Come visit!
